Hey - we get it! Shopping online is great but sometimes it's hard to tell how an item is really going to fit! We've done our best to give you descriptions that will help, but ultimately we want you to love what you're getting from us!
So, just in case what you've ordered doesn't fit how you'd like, we've set up a return policy to help out!
Christmas Return Policy - All orders that are made between Nov. 1st and Dec. 25th may be returned by Jan 15th for store credit. This will exclude any sale items 20% off or more, or items marked as Final Sale.
For items that don't fall under the Christmas Return Policy, you will have 20 days from the ship date to return the item for store credit.
Items may be returned for store credit. The credit will be issued in the form of a gift certificate or online code through email that can be used on our website.
Due to constant changes in stocking levels we are not able to offer exchanges. We will give you a store credit that you can use on our website to reorder.
All items that are listed as Final Sale or have been purchased on sale at 20% off or more are considered Final Sale and not eligible for return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. We also ask you return it in the original packaging.
Please include your packing slip or your order number with your return.
Return Shipping Fees are non-refundable on all items, with the exception of an error on our part, or damaged goods. Shipping Fees will only be refunded if the item was damaged when you received it, or if you received the wrong item. Please note that return shipping fees will not be refunded if the item didn't fit right, or you simply changed your mind.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Store Credit (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then we will also include your store credit code to be used on our website for another purchase.
We are not able to guarantee exchanges due to the constant change in stocking levels. We will offer a store credit that can be used on our site to order again.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
